Our core product, we offer CrossFit classes every day at times convenient for you. Preparing you for the unknown and the unknowable, CrossFit is the ultimate strength and conditioning methodology. 

In our Conditioning classes we work on high intensity training to maximise your fitness. Perfect for those new to CrossFit or if you fancy an alternative to our Strength-based classes.

Our Olympic Lifting classes focus on technique and accessory work in the snatch, clean, and jerk. No WODs or workouts, this is an hour of lifting and dialing in your form on these tricky lifts.

Unsure about CrossFit and all it entails? Register for one of our Foundations classes to learn all the movements. A specialty class designed to teach you everything you need to know, Foundations sessions come with a free CrossFit or Conditioning class to test your mettle!

Our Open Gym sessions give you the chance to put in any extra work you think you might need. You can combine Open Gym with a regular membership, or simply do Open Gym by itself - you will have access to all our equipment and a member of staff will be on hand at all times.

CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Research indicates that exercise is beneficial not just to physical but also cognitive function in children. Our specially trained coaches provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits for children of all ages and abilities, from 3 to 18.
