Rest 15 seconds between reps (do 1 rep, rest 15 seconds, do 1 rep, rest 15 seconds, do 1 rep)

Rest 2 minutes between sets EMOM 6 5-7 touch-and-go power cleans (moderate)

If you complete 7 reps in a minute, add weight AMRAP 10 10 push press @ 42.5/30kg 10 kettlebell swings @ 24/16kg
