10 curl to press

10 alternating shoulder/BTN press

No rest between movements, 2 minutes between rounds

*choose a very light weight, this gets spicy!

7 rounds for time

10 push press @ 42.5/30kg

10 kettlebell swings @ 24/16kg

*every 3 minutes – including minute 0:00 – perform 30 double unders
