For time

1200m run (alternate every 200m)

50 double unders each

50 power cleans @ 60/42.5kg

50 synchro bar-facing burpees (25 each)

50 shoulder to overhead

50 synchro bar-facing burpees (25 each)

50 clean & jerk

50 double unders each

1500/1200m row (alternate every 250/200m)

Split the work however you like, except the run, row and the synchro burpees. One person works whilst one person rests, except for the burpees which must be performed together.
