Strict chest to bar pull ups

3 sets of 3-4 reps

Rest 90 seconds between sets

*add weight if possible

2: 10 DB thrusters @ 22.5/15kg

3: 15/10 cal AB

4: 16 DB walking lunges @ 22.5/15kg

*score is total cal AB
