In teams of 2  AMRAP 30 10 rounds, I-Go-You-Go (5 rounds each) 12/10 cal row 8 burpees over the rower

In remaining time AMRAP 20 double unders 8 wall balls @ 9/6kg 1 clean & jerk @ your choice of weight

*one partner works whilst one partner rests

*each partner must complete one full round before the other may start

*you may have different weights for each partner

*If you fail your clean & jerk, your turn is over

**score is total reps * weight
