Rest 2 minutes between sets

B1. Weighted pull ups

3 reps

Rest 30 seconds

B2. Reverse snow angels

15-20 reps

Rest 1 minute

*start face down with arms by side holding weight and slowly and bring them to overhead and slightly touching. Do not let the weight touch the ground through movement.

AMRAP 12 8 dumbbell hang squat cleans @ 22.5/15kg 8 wall balls @ 9/6kg 8 pull ups 20 double unders
