On an ascending ladder:

AMRAP 11

Cluster @ 60/42.5kg

Toes to bar

In 12 minutes, establish a heavy double snatch grip deadlift

*straps allowed if you have them

In 12 minutes build to a heavy single snatch balance

In 12 minutes establish a heavy set of the complex: 1 hang snatch high pull + 1 hang snatch
