50ft dumbbell overhead walking lunge @ 22.5/15kg

10 box jumps @ 30/24”

EOMOM 10 (5 sets) 2 power snatch + 1 overhead squat *start at moderate load and build across

EOMOM 10 (5 sets) 1 high hang squat snatch + 1 hang squat snatch *start at moderate load and build across

EOMOM 16 (8 sets) 1 power snatch *start at moderate load and build across

*if doing 18.5 tomorrow, keep weights light and work on technique and positions
