Partner A: 20 plate overhead lunges @ 20/15kg

Partner B: Max effort wall balls @ 9/6kg

*For the calorie buy in and double unders, split the workload however you like. One person works whilst one person rests.

During the AMRAP, both partners work at the same time. When partner A has completed the lunges, switch.

Score is total wall balls in your pair.

Partner A:

3 deadlifts @ 60/42.5kg

3 hang power cleans

3 push jerk

Partner B: Hold 20/15kg plate locked out overhead

*For the calorie buy in and burpees over the bar, split the workload however you like. One person works whilst one person rests.

During the AMRAP, both partners work at the same time. When partner A has completed one full round, switch.

Score is total rounds and reps in your pair.

20 wall walks (must be split evenly, 10 each)

Partner A: 15 kettlebell swings @ 24/16kg

Partner B: Max effort push press @ 35/25kg

*Perform the run together, wall walks may be split but each partner must complete 10 each, however you do them. One person works whilst one person rests during the wall walks.

During the AMRAP, both partners work at the same time. When partner A has completed kettlebell swings, switch.

Score is total push press in your pair.
