One person works at a time. Switch partners at the top of each minute.

When the clock hits 20:00, both partners will perform

Block run

When you return, mark your times and continue the AMRAP from where you left off. Teams will receive a combined time for their block run - you do not have to run together.

Score is total rounds + reps of the AMRAP and combined times for the block run
