10 rounds - I-Go-You-Go (5 rounds each) 15 wall balls 12/10 cal AB

In remaining time AMRAP 20 double unders 4 burpee box jumps @ 24/20" Max effort shoulder to overhead @ your choice of weight

*One partner may work at a time.

Each partner must complete a full round before the other may start.

Partners may have different weights on the barbell.

Your round stops when you break on shoulder to overhead. A break consists of no repping, excessive pausing in the front rack and/or putting the barbell down.

Score = total reps x weight
