4. Partner B: AMRAP push jerk

5. Both partners: AMRAP clean & jerk

6-10. Both partners: AMRAP row for cal - must switch every 20/15

11. Partner A: AMRAP burpees over the bar

12. Partner B: AMRAP burpees over the bar

13-17. Both partners: AMRAP AB for cal – must switch every 10/7

18-20. Rest

21-40. Repeat as above!
