Partner A: 400/300m row

Partner B: AMRAP 5 chest-to-bar pull ups 8 push ups 15 air squats

Partner C: AMRAP 7 toes to bar 5 burpee box jumps @ 24/20" 3 clean & jerks @ 60/42.5kg

Once Partner A has completed their row, partners rotate stations. Partners pick up each AMRAP where it has been left off.

Score is total rounds and reps of each AMRAP, and total distance rowed in your trio.
