Round 1:

20 toes to bar 10 power clean @ 60/42.5

Round 2: 20 wall balls @ 12/9kg 10 hang power cleans

Round 3: 20 pull ups 10 shoulder to overhead

Round 4: 20 handstand push ups 10 ground to overhead

Round 5:

20 bar-facing burpees over the bar

10 thrusters

Round 6:

200m run

6 rope climbs @ 15'

10 squat snatch

Split the work however you like. Every round begins with a calorie row and calorie AB buy-in. One person works whilst one person rests. If you complete round 6, go back to the start!
