*start at 65-70% of 1RM and keep same weight each set

Rest 2 minutes between sets

30 power snatch @ 35/25kg

20 single arm dumbbell overhead squat @ 22.5/15kg

*switch arms after 10 reps

10 bench press @ 60/35kg
