6 sets of 3 reps with a 4 second eccentric each rep
*start at 85% of 1RM and keep same weight each set
**between each set perform 5 seated box jumps
Rest 90 seconds between sets
In teams of 2
AMRAP 25 50/40 cal ski 10 box-facing burpee box jump-overs @ 24/20" 16 thrusters @ 60/42.5kg 2 rope climbs @ 15' 20 wall balls @ 12/9kg
Split the work however you like. One person works whilst one person rests.
