30 burpees over the bar

In remaining time max barbell reps

Even rounds:

45/30 cal ski

20 wall balls @ 9/6kg

30 box jump-overs

In remaining time max barbell reps

**every 40 reps change barbell movement & load:

0-40: power snatch @ 35/25kg

41-80: hang squat clean @ 42.5/30kg

81-120: thruster @ 52.5/35kg

121-160: hang power clean @ 60/42.5kg

161-200: clean & jerk @ 70/47.5kg

200+: clean & jerk @ 80/52.5kg

Split the work however you like. One person works whilst one person rests.
