30 shoulder to overhead

*change gymnastic movement and barbell loading each round:

Round 2: Pull ups, 52.5/35kg

Round 3: Box jumps @ 24/20”, 60/42.5kg

Round 4: Burpees over the bar, 70/47.5kg

Split the work however you like. One person works whilst one person rests.
