6 deadlifts + 4 hang power cleans + 2 split jerk

*between each complex perform 3 tall box jumps

Every 2 minutes for 7 sets

8 burpees over the bar

3 clean & jerk @ 60/42.5kg

10/7 cal AB

*sprint each round!
