Rest exactly 75 seconds between sets

**use same weight for all sets, do not build

1. Max push press @ 35/25kg

2. Max sumo deadlift high pull

3. 16/12 cal ski

4. Max wall walks

5. Max kettlebell swings @ 24/16kg

6. Max burpees over the bar

7. Rest

Olympic Lifting

In 12 minutes establish a heavy set of the complex:

1 snatch grip deadlift + 1 snatch pull

*start at 100% snatch 1RM and build

Every 90 seconds for 7 sets

2 hang power snatch + 1 hang squat snatch

1 snatch

*power or squat
