Rest 30 seconds

A2. ‘A’ squats

15 reps @ AFAP

Rest 90 seconds between sets

Split squats

2 sets of 15 reps per leg

*keep leg in lunge position and pulse for each rep

Rest 15 seconds between legs

Rest 1 minute between sets
