3 handstand push ups or 2 wall walks

6 dumbbell/object thrusters

9 air squats


Rest 1 minute


Repeat


Single leg Romanian deadlift (RDL)

3 sets of 10 reps per side

Rest 30 seconds between sets


Complete 50 reps of each movement using whatever object you can: empty barbell/dumbbell/kettlebell/odd object:

Bent-over rows (either performed as 50 total reps or 25 per arm)

Bicep curls

Hang cleans

Bear complex (clean + front squat + shoulder to overhead + back squat [repeat front squat if cannot back squat object])
