100’ walking lunges with 20/10kg plate overhead

30 box jumps @ 24/20”

20 wall balls @ 9/6kg

10 handstand push ups

* sub wallballs for goblet squats if needed

** scale number of hspus each round to challenging but appropriate number if needed. Scale hspu’s to either 3 wallwalks or 20 hand release push-ups if unable to perform handstand push-ups
