A2. Dumbbell power clean

Rest 1 seconds

A3. Dumbbell push press

AMRAP @ moderate weight – as above, aiming for 4-10 reps

Rest 2 minutes between sets

4 sets

100’ dumbbell overhead walk

*every 25’ perform 5 dumbbell shoulder to overhead

Rest as needed between sets
