9 hang power cleans
6 shoulder to overhead

Dumbbell/object floor press
Strict pull ups
*if you only have 1 dumbbell or object, perform reps for each arm
*can sub floor press for strict push ups
*sub pull ups for bent-over rows
*be strict with your movement standard! Ensure to isolate push/pull muscle groups and not use hip drive
