Round 1: 10 bench press + 2 toes to bar

Round 2: 8 bench press + 4 toes to bar

Round 3: 6 bench press + 6 toes to bar

Round 4: 4 bench press + 8 toes to bar

Round 5: 2 bench press + 10 toes to bar

*add load each round

Every 3 minutes for 6 sets

10 push jerks @ 52.5/35kg

10 kettlebell swings @ 32/24kg

10 wall balls @ 12/9kg

10 handstand push ups or 1 wall walk

*aim to add one rep each movement per round
