3 snatch lift off + 2 snatch high pull + 1 snatch

*start at 50-60% 1RM and work on technique over load

Every 4 minutes for 4 sets

200m run

15 burpees

In remaining time max hang snatch @ athlete’s choice

*no rest between rounds

Score is total reps x weight

Every 2 minutes for 6 sets

3 snatch grip deadlift

Every 90 seconds for 7 sets

2 snatch high pull + 1 power snatch

EMOM 10

1 power snatch + 1 hang snatch + 1 snatch

*can be power or squat for 2nd and 3rd reps
